Pasir Panjang station on the Circle Line is the closest MRT station to Terra Hill, about 350 metres from Yew Siang Road, a walk of around four minutes by the developer’s measure. Since the final stretch of the line opened in July 2026, that short walk connects to the whole Circle Line loop, from the western business parks to Marina Bay.
The Station Closest to Terra Hill
Pasir Panjang is station CC26, on Pasir Panjang Road at the foot of the hill. The walk from the development runs down Yew Siang Road to the main road, where the station sits beside the coastal stretch that is set to change as the Greater Southern Waterfront takes shape.
Heading east, the line reaches Labrador Park in one stop, for Mapletree Business City and Labrador Nature Reserve, Telok Blangah in two and HarbourFront in three, where the North East Line, VivoCity and the Sentosa Express meet. Heading west, Haw Par Villa is one stop, Kent Ridge two, for the National University of Singapore and the National University Hospital, one-north three and Buona Vista four, where the East-West Line crosses.
Terra Hill and the Completed Circle Line
On 12 July 2026, Circle Line Stage 6 opened for passenger service, according to the Land Transport Authority. Its three new stations, Keppel, Cantonment and Prince Edward Road, link HarbourFront to Marina Bay and complete the loop. From Pasir Panjang, Cantonment for the Tanjong Pagar district is now five stops away and Marina Bay seven, without a change of train.
For residents of Terra Hill, that turns a journey to the Central Business District into a single ride. Marina Bay station also connects to the Thomson-East Coast Line, so the city’s eastern and northern corridors are a change away.
Driving From Terra Hill
By road, Yew Siang Road leads onto Pasir Panjang Road, with the Ayer Rajah Expressway and the West Coast Highway close by for journeys across the island. The developer also notes a new road connecting South Buona Vista Road to the AYE, giving a direct route towards the Science Parks and one-north. Mapletree Business City and Labrador Tower are about four minutes’ drive away, and Sentosa about nine.
What the Terra Hill Address Means Day to Day
A four-minute walk to the Circle Line, two expressways within minutes and a side gate onto Kent Ridge Park make for a home that suits mixed routines: one commute to the city, another to a campus or a business park, and a weekend that starts at the gate. The Terra Hill location page lists every travel time, and the business hubs guide covers the workplaces along the line.
