This policy sets out how terrahills.com.sg, the information website for Terra Hill, treats personal data sent through its enquiry forms: what is collected, the purpose, how long it is held, and how to access, correct or withdraw it.
Last updated 8 October 2026.
Personal Data the Terra Hill Website Collects
Personal data is collected only when an enquiry form is submitted. The forms ask for:
- a name;
- a mobile number;
- an email address;
- optional preferences, such as a unit type or a viewing time;
- any message added to the form.
Browsing the floor plans, the project details or any other page requires no personal details.
How Terra Hill Enquiry Data Is Used
Details are used to respond to the enquiry about Terra Hill through the Sales Concierge: sending the e-brochure, floor plans or price list requested, arranging a showflat appointment, answering a question, or, on request, sending project news of the kind listed under latest updates. They are used for no unrelated purpose.
How Terra Hill Forms Are Processed
Each submission passes through Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms that a person rather than an automated script sent it, and through a third-party form-delivery service that emails the details to the Sales Concierge. These services receive the data solely to carry out those tasks.
How Long Terra Hill Enquiry Data Is Kept
Data is held only for as long as the enquiry and any requested follow-up require, then deleted. Earlier deletion can be requested at any time.
PDPA Rights on the Terra Hill Website
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, any person may ask to see the personal data held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent to its use. Requests sent to [email protected] are handled within a reasonable time, and once consent is withdrawn the Sales Concierge stops contact about Terra Hill.
Cookies on the Terra Hill Website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to protect the forms from automated abuse; these do not identify anyone by name.

Personal data submitted through this site is never sold, rented or traded.
